Me Too, Ordered on Sunday.
and when i did the online chat to ask about it today they wanted a rediculous amount of personal id information.
When i questioned it, the chat connection was interupted and it cut out.
I ordered Tuesday night as my sons iPhone has stopped working so he is desperate for a phone - got the temp order number and it said would be contacted within a day if further info was needed . Friday night I get on the chat to be told my order hasn’t been processed but they can reorder for me so I agree and was told would get a confirmation email within 24 hours . Nothing . Have been an Optus customer for at least 5 years and have 2 mobiles and home wifi and not at all impressed .
