No notification/explanation from Optus - My iPhone XR order got cancelled for no reason

I placed an order for iPhone Xr on 20/10/18. I followed-up on order today 26/10 (the day of phone's availability).

 

Was told Optus canceled order. There is no explanation. Was not informed previously until I followed-up.

Hey @SmileSydney - very odd this was cancelled for no reason, there surely has to be an explanation!

Can you please send through a private message confirming your mobile or order number, full name and DOB? We'll see if we have any info on our end.
