A few days ago my international roaming stopped in Austria, after having used it many times with different partners. What makes me truly mad is that I was on live chat 9 times (yes, nine) and the Optus technicians are simply totally incompetent to the point of not even knowing where Austria is.
What makes matters worse is the fact that at least one operator was rude and one was forcing me into buying a travel pack (even after I politely explained that I am happy to pay for roaming charges) - needless to say, the travel pack does not solve the issue.
