No daily data being shown

I have deleted and reinstalled several times. Been in store and rang tech support many times and nothing helps. For all of December only 2 days have shown daily usage and the usage wheel never changes.

Hi @M18 this certainly isn't something we like to hear. If you could please send through a screenshot of these issues along with the full name, number and date of birth attached to the account via a PM we'd be happy to investigate for you.
