As stated phone was running fine on Android 8.0 Its 1 month out of my 24 Month contract and the update has placed it in a reboot cycle, I have booted into Recovery Mode and Cleared the cache also tried booting into Safe mode with no Luck have also now formatted the phone hoping to start fresh but sill suck on a loop.

What a bummer. The same thing happen to me last year when Samsung released the wrong update for my S5. I guess you can take it to an Optus store or load new firmware yourself if you are confident with that sort of operation. It would probably pay to contact Optus first as they may have put something in place if the problem is widespread.

Hi @ashampton000 - That doesn't sound good. For issues as such, it's best to do a factory reset to your handset. To do this → Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Home key, then press and hold the Power key. When the device logo screen displays, release only the Power key. Please note all mobile data will be cleared.
