New phone plan

Hi. I ordered a new phone and new plan. I have been sent all of this however have been given a new number. I want to keep using my current number and do not wish to have a new number. Can this be fixed?

This needed to be requested at the time of placing the order. It should be able to be fixed however normal porting (transferring of numbers) processes are currently impacted by COVID-19.
