New mobile phone

I ordered a new mobile phone two weeks ago and they now claim that it has been lost at dispatch,  and there is an 'investigation' occurring....how does this happen?

When will I be receiving my new phone?

I have 'spoken' to someone on a 'live chat'. So, I'll see what they can achieve first. If, there is no movement then I'll reconnect with you.

PS Very frustrated though, as I was assured I would have the phone in 2 days!
