New iPhone XS Upgrade

I placed my order to upgrade my current phone and plan to the new iPhone XS. This was 3 weeks ago. However my order is still saying ”In Process.” I was told there would be delays but this is far longer than I expected. The website said that the item is still available so I don’t understand why mine is taking so long. Can anyone help answer this question please?

 

Also is going into store instead of having it delivered an option?

Good luck getting any sort of answer!!! I’m in the same position (and seems there are many of us). Optus tell us they have NO IDEA when stock will come in, but there website says 1 week for the exact phone I’ve ordered. So they are either lying when they say they have no idea, or lying to potential customers by saying that it will be delivered in 1 week!!

How frustrating. I will be going in store or calling them today as this is unacceptable. Thanks for your reply.
