I have a My MBB plus account & took out a new service My plan flex. I am under the impression that I can ‘pool’ the data on these 2 services.
when I log in to dashboard it’s only the MBB service that shows & my new mobile service is not there! Will it appear on its own or do I have to do something to link the 2 services? Also, the delivery note that came with my new mobile has a different account number?
Theres not much the crowd can do re the current issue, hence forth I'll escalate your thread, hopefully a Optus team member can then take a look behind the scenes/at your account/s and see if there's a resolve!?
