Again? Biller and account information changing again?
I signed up on a contract and in that time the account number has changed. Seems more than a system change to me. Changing "systems" doesn't need to change the user account information. The user backend is now changed too. I managed several accounts through one interface, now it's two interfaces and they're not linked anymore.
How many Optus' are there? Do I really need two different backends to navigate my accounts?
Why the need for a new format?
What about the account that didn't change? Is it going to change too?
