So, I just switched over from Virgin to Optus a couple of days ago. I just put the new SIM into my S3. I cannot make or receive calls or use the interenet. When I try to make a call, I get the above message.
I have removed the battery and SIM once, but there was no change.
Is your Virgin Sim still working? Optus may not have made the change to your Optus Sim, its not an instant proccessed, it can take a few days. When your Virgin Sim stops working, your Optus one will start working.
