New Sim

I ordered a SIM 9 days ago. It still hasn't arrived. The number that I'm supposed to be able to use to track the orders progress isn't recognised. I've tried phoning but am having trouble getting through to Optus.

It sounds like your order has not progressed from a temp order to a processed order if its not checking in the tracking tool.  Speaking to the Sales Team via live chat at http://yesopt.us/chat2us and they can look up the order, and place a new order if needed, someone should have contacted you after placing the online order within a couple of days to follow up the progress and if the credit check etc was successuful etc.

It seems to have progressed to a full order as I got an email with a link to track it but it just won't work. Neither will the live chat.

Try giving Optus Sales Support a call on 1800555050, but you may need to wait to Business Hours.  Was the tracking number 8 Digits? There may be something wrong with your order, did you track it through this Link? https://www.optus.com.au/for-you/support/getting-started/welcome
