I received a new SIM card and when trying to activate it online I got a message : "we're sorry bu unfortunately the SIM number entered has been locked. A valid SIM is required to continue activation. Please chat with us or call on 1300 737 252"
Noting that the lines and chat are busy due to dealing with the corona virus crisis, what can I do?
