I ordered a new iPhone 8 plan over a month ago and after a few order stuff up's by Optus the order was offically lodged on the 21/12/17. After spending hours waiting om hold and on the chats, nobody has been able to assist when i tried to get an update. I've now been told that the order has been cancelled which I never requested. Does anyone know who I'd be able to get in touch with to resolve the issue? It's getting a bit beyond a joke at this point...

I've done online chats, calls here and there.. nothing changes.
Raising a complaint on one matter did get me a call from a semi-competent person..
I did try that but they said because it was purchased over the phone I'd have to ring up. Thought a bit of face to face communication would be better in this scenario but even they can't help...
I also wondered this, is it easiest just to move to another provider? In my case I ported my number to optus personal but it’s stuck in the system. If I port away to another provider will I be released or will the ‘stuck in the system’ problem cause me to stay service-less??
or cancel and kill the account and start over.
