Found in SMS inbox saying "...just confirming we've received your request to cancel your service for ..."
As there is no service in my Optus account, I can't use Message us 24/7. Please kindly help, thanks!

Thanks for raising this.
This usually occurs when your Prepaid service isn't recharged 186 days after the Prepaid balance expires.
To look into having this reactivated, please send a PM to Optus on Facebook or a DM on Twitter with the details for further assistance.
