Name of senders do not appear

Why do the senders' name do not appear when they call. Instead, what i see is 'unknown' thanks

Hi @NicaM, sounds like we need to go in and enable "incoming caller ID or incoming call number display." The best way to get in contact with a consultant is via Optus Messaging in the My Optus app. It's a simple fix 🙂 Let us know how it goes.
