My sim number cannot be validated

I bought a new SIM card today as I'm wanting to change my phone number but when I type the Sim card number in to activate it I get a message saying it can't be validated right now.

I'm afraid that activations is not something we can assist with on the forum. I'd recommend you give us a call on 133 937, or reach out to our Messaging team.
