My recharge has come out of my bank account but it's saying My phone has no credit or data

Why isn't my credit and data add to my account phone number *****

Hi @Wombie, I'm sorry to hear that you may have not got your credit for a recharge. Is the charge currently sitting as pending with your Financial Institution? If so, the charge may not go through and the money may go back into your account. I'm afraid we can't do anything until that payment clears.
