I moved overseas and didn't want to lose my Aussie number, so I was advised to change to prepaid and remember to top up at least once every six months. Unfortunately, I forgot, and now I've lost that number! It's really really important that I get it back because I still need to use the phone from time to time, and I really don't want a new number. How can I get it back??
Once your plan expires, your number is held for a period of time by Optus, so I'd recommend jumping on live chat (http://yesopt.us/chat2us) or calling 133 937 to see what your options are.
