I haven't recieved any calls all day and then my wife said she attempted to call me but my number was disconnected.
My account is upto date and I have not been late on any payments so I don't know why it would be disconnected?
If anyone can point me in the right direction I would really appricate the help.
I have reception, on attempting to make an outbound call there is no dial tone and the call fails.

Have you checked for outages in your postcode at Optus website?
