Were you with Optus before and just got a new phone or did you come over to Optus and get the phone at the same time?
What troubleshooting have you completed? Does it only happen in certain areas like your home or is it everywhere?

I have been with Optus for a years now. I have 3 times contacted Optus chat and changed options. I have taken it back to the Optus store to be told they can’t work it out. I have compared other peoples settings on an iPhone X. My incoming and outgoing call just hang up and the screen goes black. I can re ring up to 12 times Other people’s calls just disconnects. It’s as if I’m rude and hanging up
on them . Thankyou
