My bill

You charged me for a new number charge  when I ask a crew member to change my number because I was getting hassled an I was told because I havent  change my number this is the first time it would be free why did I get changed 55$ for changing my number thank u hope we can work this out if I new I had to pay 55$ for a number change I wouldn't of done it but I was told it would be free
