My accounT is always wrong

I have just received my 3rd bill from optus and it is wrong again. I so tired of trying to get someone who will fix the problems

Just PM any of the mods here.  Tell them your account number, full name and D.O.B. and they can chase this up for you.  Usually they are pretty good.  DON'T put your ID details up in the public forum.
