Hi @JLWK, which sim card is this in regards to, I mean prepaid or postpaid? Are you trying to activate it online for prepaid → activation website for postpaid → activation website

If the issue still continues then you are best to speak with either our Prepaid / Postpaid activations team via the →  messaging service to assist you further.
