My Prepaid order hasnt arrived nor dispatched

I ordered a samsung galaxy J5 pro online bout 6 days ago and still didnt get any status. Asked through live chat, told me to call one of prepaid member. So i called them then gets redirected twice cause they are not prepaid team. After redirected to the prepaid team and discussed it. The person told me to wair as they checked and had to wait 15 minutes with no words or status... im sick of this already, will get my money back if no response from optus team

My apologies you've had trouble with this @REGR8, were you provided with an order number? For a hand with this, it's best to speak with our Sales Support team on 1300308730. Given the time frame you've mentioned, there may be something holding up your order
