Hi, I just notice this after I switch from Telstra to Optus (Prepaid) last 2 weeks ago. My number is saved to where I was calling. Nothing was changed to my phone call settings. I believe the problem lies in the network provider. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

There is a known issue with incoming calls but i haven't read anything about outgoing calls having this issue. Assuming you outgoing caller ID is actually on you might need to speak with support. Maybe try cycling the caller ID on your handset and doing a restart before you do that.
