The app was working well till I got this message and now the app is unusable!
I have an iPhone 7 on iOS 10.2.1
I have clear the app (Notes with spring://clear)
I have reboot my phone
I have uninstalled and reinstalled My Optus App
Still unable to use the App
When I launch the My Optus App I get:
- Let's get started! (Welcome message)
- Verification (enter number phone)
- OptusMSG (enter code)
- Sorry (error message - https://ibb.co/exCyZc )
I cannot use Live Chat!

Hi @ZerOlivier - Could you please delete the app and re install it. Once the app is installed please open it using your mobile network and not WiFi so that that app can read the data from your sim card. Please let us know how it goes.

I am having the same issue and have tried this solution. Unfortunately I am still getting an error message that says "Sorry we are experiencing technical difficulties at the moment.You can not log in please try again later".
This has been the case for well over a week now. I have updated both iOs and App to latest, removed and reinstalled the app as suggested above, reset network settings.
Any suggestions as this is very frustrating.
Do you have another device to try on?
Does your password have special characters in it? This customer posted a possible solution.
