I've just changed from prepaid to postpaid. Now the My Optus App won't work? It just says 'We're having technical difficulties right now. Sorry for the inconvenience. Please try again later. '
I've tried re-installing the app but it made no difference. Any ideas how to fix this please ?

Seems to be a common issue at the moment. For me it resolved when my monthly plan reset.

You would think Optus would get their act together and sort it out. Pretty poor outcome in today's digital world !
