Does anyone have a timeframe for the upgrades Optus are doing that is affecting the website. I hve had trouble for months having full access to the site and also have been unable to access things via the app as well.

It shouldn't have been going on for months. Try loggin in with a broswer in in cognito mode. (No cookies)
Alternatively, get chat to create a new My Account, and migrate the services across to it. (You will lose your Yes Crowd ID)
