I have been attempting to move since Friday afternoon the 15th of March from Virgin Mobile to Optus . For some reason I am still waiting and everyone on chat help just says another 24 to 48 Hours This is not good enough. It should not take over 4 days to get the service up and running. I've read that there have been a lot of complaints are there still people out there having the same issue I am - I need the phomes up and runing for my kids to get hold of me. Any suggestions?
