wondering if someone could help please. We have just bought a Moochies watch and followed the set-up instructions (and purchased an appropriate pre-paid plan) but when we try to update the watch via the app it keeps saying "equipment are not connected to the internet".
Has anyone else with the same watch had this happen? If so, can you shed any light or offer any tips? I will also be contacting Moochies.

Hey @Lalafly - Does this happen when you try to connect it to your home internet only? I've just a look at the FAQs on the Moochies site and it says that some are locked to specific networks. Do you know if your watch is locked?
