Monitoring data usage on prepaid 4G modem.

I have just added a new prepaid sim card into the 4g Modem.

How can I monitor the data usage for this? 

I tried to add the service number to my optus profile but it said it was invalid. I can't see any menu options on the router itself to check this usage either.

Correction, 

my model is an older version E5377 - not sure if this makes any difference.

Ok, worked out a solution. 

1. Log in on your laptop/computer/phone into the modem (http://192.168.8.1 ) - this is so you can read the SMS messages on the modem 

2. Install the My Optus app on your phone. 

3. Add the telephone number of the SIM into the App.  

4. Check the messages for the activation code in the messages (http://192.168.8.1/html/smsinbox.html )  

5. Bingo!
