My mobile service is terrible. It drops out almost 100 % of the time. In fact my phone is pretty much useless. I cannot call optus because the phone will drop out with the long wait.
The chat and help feature on the Optus website do not work. I am sick of paying for this service. What can I do?
If you've reported the issue and we've determined that the issue is coverage/network related, we'll cover any cancellation fees or remaining device charges as long as the device is returned back in good working order.
We've recently introduced a messaging service via the My Optus app . If you tap the, "Help" tab, we should be able to help.
