How long does it take for Optus to confirm an order? I ordered a Lilac Samsung S9 last Thursday on the 7th of June. Optus then sent me an email saying my application is being reviewed and left me with a temporary order number. It also said in the email that they would send another confirmation email, once my order is confirmed however I'm starting to worry with how long it's taking.

Ring the Sales Team in Business Hours, 1300 133 731, they should be able to follow up and process to a real order number for you, otherwise follow up with Sales via Live Chat on http://yesopt.us/chat2us, you should be contacted either way if your application is accepted or declined, they delay wont be a dis-approval it sounds like they are back logged.
