Mobile phone billing

Good morning
I am needing to speak to the financial hardship team about my bill.
If someone could please let me know how to contact them.

Hey there @Melanie1727, you can give our Financial Hardship team a call directly on 1300 308 839. They're available Monday to Friday: 8.30am – 7.30pm & Saturdays: 9.00am – 6.00pm AEDT. 

You can also send that team a message via the My Optus App or our Messaging page. I also suggest taking a look at our Financial Hardship Assistance page for some more helpful info.
