Mobile number not linked to account and app chat can't log in

My mobile number wasn't linked for months. Then solved through chat on the app. 

But that only lasted a week. Now, it's unlinked again. Plus, I can't even log in the account from mobile to start a chat, although I can log in on computer but the chat is only available on mobile app.

Called the Optus 13 number and chose the only option "1" and received a link on my mobile which lead to the app chat that I couldn't log in. 

Are there any other channels to contact Optus?

@Haoran   You can use social media to contact Optus Support, please send a PM to Optus on  Facebook or a DM on Twitter and include in the message you do not have access to the My Optus app.

You can try to call back and ignore the prompt to dial 1 and wait for the options.
