Mobile data allowance missing

 

Howdy,

 

I re-contracted 2 mobile services in first week of July 2018 on a bonus double data plan each

($45 My Plan Plus 12M SIM -15GB data + 15GB bonus data)

 

Having both services on the same account shouldn't I have been allocated a total shared data allowance of 60GB?

 

So far I have been allocated a total of 47GB 

 

I have contacted online chat support on a couple of occasions and was advised that I should be seeing a total of 60GB allowance for both services.

 

Any suggestions?

If chat support noticed a discrepancy then I am wondering why they didn't look at it? I would suggest you jump back on the live chat and ask them to fix the problem with your missing data.

Hi Yeldarb,

 

The consultant on live chat did recognise that bonus data wasn't added and rectified it this time.

Don't know why it wasn't spotted on previous chats, all good though.

 

Bonus data should be available shortly.
