For 24/7 support message our team of experts via the My Optus app.
My Mobile phone number was cancelled earlier today which I was surprised by, as no one from Optus had gotten in touch with me via email to indicate that this was likely to happen. I am currently located in London but I will be back in Australia from October and I wish for my service to be restored.
Please advise what steps I should take, as the messaging in the Optus app has not been working.
