Mobile Order Status: Submitted, for two business days. No update.

Hi. Making the move from Voda to Optus and have ordered a new phone and plan - Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus 5G.

Order approved etc etc and receivedcan order number on Sunday.

My concern is the order status has not changed from 'submitted' for two business days.

What is the delay?

Nice phone choice.


Processing times typically take 2 days, however in times of high demand processing times can be extended. If this affects your order, the Optus Sales team should be in touch. 


If no word or you want to know what's going on now, you can reach out to them by sending them a message.
