what sort of phone did you order? there are a couple of phones that are on backlog with Optus meaning no stock till further notice. It might be worth calling or reaching out to someone on the status of your order

Hi - I called them today - 4th time contacting Optus in 19 day’s regarding my order and have a sim in the way - I think it really does depend on who you talk to - next step is the porting process - fingers crissed
