Mobile - No service in building

Hi

For approx. the last two weeks, I no longer have any service on my mobile inside my workplace. It says "SOS only" or no "service". If I go outside the building its ok. 

Why is happening? I have not changed or more location at my workplace.

If you don't want to call, you can message our Social Media Team via  Facebook or Twitter they have a point of escalation for the following urgent enquiries:

-No Broadband connectivity (no access to the internet) 

-No Mobile connectivity (can't make or receive calls)
