Mobile Broadband - Slow Perfromance

Hello Crowd,

 

Is Optus having mobile broardband perfromance issues ??? I have two (2) mobile broadband services connected to the following tower, its been perfroming very well now for over a year, typical download speeds between 10 ~ 30 Mbps all the time, but in the last few days, I've been getting 1 ~ 3 Mbps at best... from both services... I now its not my 'very expensive' equioemnt, because when I pop out the SIM and ut in my works Telstra SIM, from the same tower, consisyantly 130 Mbps down, yep, thats 130 Mbps.... its definatwly an Optus issue...

Whats going on ??? its unuseable.....

Hey @mallinss - I've checked the tower there and it appears to be active & hasn't been any issues for quite some time. I'm starting to think this may be specific to your address.

 

Can you please confirm your full address via private message? I'll take a look.
