Missing Extra Data

Yesterday I changed my prepaid into postpaid plan after sales agent granted me about free extra data.

 

Today I checked my account but extra data was not applied. I checked with the support team, now they are saying extra data will be applied from next month. 

 

Does anyone got explanation for this ?

Its standard Optus proceedure. You will probably find the data has been added but not necessarily be shown.

 

Discounts are commonly applied from the second month (retrospectively)

Hey Ikhz, Peter's absolutely right, any discounts or bonus data are generally applied on the second account. If you still don't see it on your next bill, just get in touch with our Billing team and we can get that fixed up.
