Today the missed call service took about two hours to deliver a 6-second message.
Is this normal? Is there a known issue that is going to be rectified? (I did go looking but couldn't find anything reported.)
Hey @DeeEmmSee, sorry to hear about your missed call service delays. There is no reported fault at the moment. Have you tried to switch the phone off and on? If the issue still continues then raise it with Tech Support → here to investigate further.
