Has anyone heard how long it takes for accounts to be migrated to the new system Optus is rolling out? My account is still in pending 2-3 weeks since re-contracting my sim only plan.
Any Optus reps here can push the process through faster? Can't make any changes to my message bank etc until migration has occured.
Migration only takes 2 days so your services have likely gone through, but if there is an issue with the recontract we can definitely look at getting that completed for you. Please feel free to send me a private message with your phone number, full name and DOB so I can check it out.
