I have two accounts that I would like to merge into one. Both are in my name and I'm tired of paying two bills each month.
Today I renewed a plan for one of the accounts and the lady on the phone told me it was possible to merge them and that she would transfer me to the department that handles these requests. Unfortunately, I got a recorded message saying the department was experiencing difficulties and to call back later! If only I had a number to call! Can someone tell me the phone number or advise me of another way I can achieve my goal of one bill per month?

133 937 I believe is the general billing number however I do believe it's only open Mon - Fri normal business hours. You could always try billing and accounts on the live chat below however they may give you the same story.
