MOBLE SOS

My mobile is saying SOS I can’t make or receive calls. This has occurred all by itself.

Have you restarted your phone? Checked if there is a mobile outage in your area? Bills paid up to date?

Hi, yes all up to date. It seems like it’s happening to all Optus customers in our area.
