MIA sphere

how come did this scammers did bill me $36.36, and optus is saying that they don’t have control of this third party, optus should do something about it before they loss a lot of customers. they should stop this scam because its ruining their already bad reputation, they should make a refund to us.

lol.  They aren't a 3rd party because they're a business partner.  It's Optus that draws up and sends the bill and when victim's of this scam pay up as many do it's optus that sends a 'cut' to MIA sphere...... ultimately MIA sphere is nothing more than a product, Optus is the one taking your money.   Just make a complaint to the TIO.

 

The below link is a story about this million dollar fraud from April 2017. . . . Optus was evasive then, and has chosen the massive profits over it's customers and ethical business.

We may need to have this investigated by the content provider. We can restrict further charges for premium services on our end. Once that is done there won't be further charges.
