MIA Sphere Live

Hello what is MIA Sphere Live ? I have a significant cost on my account. I do not wish to have this service or understand what it is. I did not authorise this and dont understand why i need to spend time and effort to get it removed. Please dont add items to my accounts with out calling me first. vanessa
