Tough Luck. Wait times to Optus are LONG but you need to call them and report it so they can disable it (You can pick up a replacement SIM at an Optus store and any plan you are on can continue in whatever replacement phone you get.)
1. Call 133 937 2. DON'T press 1 to be sent the link to chat with the Messaging team when prompted at the start 3. Stay on the line then you will be asked to press various options
